Tim was on born on March 1, 1956, in Barre, Vermont, the son of Alfred Horace Jenkins and Betty Jean Holiday. He grew up in Barre and graduated from Spalding High School in Barre. When he was home and able to relax he enjoyed grilling, he was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons, he rarely missed a game, he appreciated good clean humor, he was grateful for the dogs he shared his life with, and found great comfort and joy in being a good friend to many and in turn having the opportunity to be a good friend to others. Tim loved his family, they meant the world to him and enjoyed spending time with them.
