Mr. Fortenberry, son of Alene Miller Fortenberry Long and the late Van E. Fortenberry, was born February 15th, 1967 in Chattanooga, TN.
He worked for the City of Columbus for over 20 years.
Mr. Fortenberry is survived by his mother, Alene Long and step-father, Jerrel Long of Columbus, GA.; brother, Christopher M. Fortenberry of Columbus, GA.; aunts and uncles, Carlene Adair (George) of Chattanooga, TN., Jimmy Miller (Nancy) of Pell City, AL., Melissa Clemens (Aaron) of Columbus, GA.; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and loving friends.
