Vicki was born on March 30, 1963, in Ft. Hood, Texas, daughter of Gloria Jean Bass Hodges, and the late Herman Frazier Pippin.
Vicki was known for her love of people. She never met a stranger and enjoyed entertaining people. She loved her Lord Jesus and her family. She was wonderful comforting and guiding others through their struggles. Her kind, sweet spirit will be dearly missed, but her memory will be imprinted in our hearts forever.
Vicki was preceded in her departure by her grandparents, George and Katherine Bass; her father, Frazier Pippin; her stepfather, Randy; her brother, Donald and her son, Joseph.
Survivors include her loving husband, Georgia Neal; her mother, Gloria Bass Hodge, her sons, Joshua (Andrea) and Rick; her brother, James (Gabriel); her sister, Tina (Roy); nine grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; many friends and three dogs.
