

Visitation will be from 1-3pm, on Thursday September 7, 2017 followed by funeral services at 3:00 pm, in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery.
Mrs. Tarno was born September 3, 1923 in Jamestown, North Dakota to the late John and Leah Finkbiner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Warren E. Tarno, a brother, Jack Finkbiner and an infant sister, Judy Ann Finkbiner.
She is survived by her daughter; Barbara T. (Jerry) Glisson of Statesboro, GA, two sons; Steve (Debbie) Tarno of Phenix City, AL, and Brad (Tawana)
Tarno of Morrow, GA, grandchildren; Chris (Brandy) Tarno, Shane (Heather) Tarno, Brock Tarno, Caleb (Robin) Tarno, Shalaine Tarno, Richard (Linda) Glisson and Cindy (Todd) Von Waldner, and nine great-grandchildren.
