A visitation to celebrate Warren’s life will be held Saturday, April 29th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Mill Room at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA.
Warren was born January 8, 1946 in Washington, PA, son of the late James and Hazel Crowe Pollock. He worked as an electrician and retired after many years of service. Warren was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors was his happy place. He was the funniest most loving man anyone could ever meet. He loved with his whole heart. You never had to wonder what he was thinking or feeling as he made sure to let you know. His personality was bigger than life and his zest for life was infectious. Everything he did in life was for his family.
In addition to his parents, Warren was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lila, one brother, James Pollock, and one sister, Linda Wheeler.
Survivors include his three daughters, Lori Pollock, Amy Rector and her husband, Al, and Shana Vasquez and her husband, Matt; six grandchildren, Alex Rector, Alison Rector, Gianna Carrasco, Lila Vasquez, Hazeleah Vasquez and Aimree Vasquez; one brother, Robert Pollock, and one sister, Peggy McIntyre.
