I worked with Bill at Fort Benning.  My condolences to the family.  May you find comfort in God and the memories that you shared.

My husband and I both worked with Bill for many years at Fort Benning.  He was a genuine friend, well respected in his field.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

I have know Bill for a long time and played with him in the Bob Barr Band and served with him on the Board of Director for Bob Barr Band...He and I worked well together and he truly loved the band and supported it in the most professional way...He loved our Tuba Christmas and helped make it what it was...He will be missed and hard to replace...My heart and prayers goes out to his family..
