Xina Rivera Taijeron

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, October 22, 2011 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907. The family will receive friends following the service at a reception in honor of Xina at the funeral home.

Xina was born August 31, 1975 in Colorado Springs, CO, daughter of Francisco SA Rivera and Teresita Agoun Aguera Rivera. She was a loving wife and mother and a Catholic by faith. Xina loved life and loved being with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Ulloa Taijeron of Ft. Benning, GA; one son, Vanderique Taijeron of Ft. Benning, GA, three daughters, Mya Taijeron, Emy Taijeron, and Melody Joy Taijeron, all of Ft. Benning, GA; her mother, Teresita Rivera of Spanaway, WA; her father and stepmother, Francisco and Delores Rivera of Guam; her two sisters, Melanie Ogo (Benny), and Dora Arriola (Warren); her three brothers, Duane Rivera (Christy Quenga), Eric Rivera (Dorreen Flores), and Jason Rivera (Sonyalynne).
