Carolyn M. Carmichael

She was born in Columbus, December 2, 1922, the daughter of Edward and Bess Jackson Kutzinger. She married Donald H. Carmichael in Columbus December 16, 1944. He preceded her in death January 12, 1987.

She attended Hanover College and worked in the business office and Registrar in the Emergency Room at Columbus Regional Hospital. She was member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority, Pink Lady at Columbus Regional Hospital and was a former member of Order of the Eastern Star.

She enjoyed archery with her late husband.

She is survived by daughters, Dorothy (Keith) Robbins and Mary Lou Carmichael, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Lauren (Josh Burton)Robbins and Miranda Robbins of Columbus; and a great-grandson, Jordan Burton of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sisters, Dorothy Cleveland and Mary Everroad.

Calling will be from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street with a private inurnment at Garland Brook Cemetery to follow.
