2011 at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Deborah was a former teachers’ assistant with the North Vernon School

System. She was a member of First Lutheran Church of Columbus, former

member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in North Vernon where she was

active with the youth group, St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dewberry,

where she was also active with the youth group.

She was a former Brownie Troop Leader and Lassie League Summer

Softball League in Jennings County. She was also active in the PTO of

the Jennings County Schools.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church with

Pastor Larry Isbell officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m.

Thursday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street and from 10 a.m. until

service time Friday at the church. Cremation will follow the service.

Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in care of the

funeral home.

Deborah was born Nov. 17, 1952 in Sacramento, Calif. She was raised by

her grandparents, Dilver and Nanny Lotton who preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughters, Stacey (Jesse) Moore of Seymour and

Angela (Don) Miller of Columbus, and grandchildren, Bryson Moore and

Brady Miller.
