Donna Sue Martin

Born on May 14, 1944, in Columbus, Donna was the beloved daughter of Donivan and Helen Boyd, who preceded her in death.

Donna dedicated many years of service to Columbus Regional Hospital, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. She was known for her caring nature, strong work ethic, and the kindness she showed to those around her.

Outside of work, Donna enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved playing Bingo, dancing, and spending time with her beloved animals, which brought her great joy and companionship throughout the years. Most of all, Donna cherished her family and the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Doug) Richards; her son, Greg (Sarah) Boyd; grandchildren, Hunter Johnston and Alyssa Johnston-Carté,of Charleston WV, Logan Stevenson and John Boyd of Columbus; and great-grandchildren, Norie Johnston, Gavin Johnston, and Ellie Johnston, all of Columbus, and Greyson Carté of Charleston, WV.

Donna will be remembered for her warm heart, her love of family, and the joy she found in life’s everyday moments. She leaves behind many cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Family and friends will forever hold Donna close in their hearts and remember her with love.
