Eula Ann Campbell, a beloved, faithful, and kind-hearted soul, passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on July 19, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Eula was a cherished resident of Columbus, Indiana.
Eula was a US Army veteran who served during the Vietnam Era. She dedicated 20 years of her life as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later worked as a security guard at G.E., demonstrating her commitment and service to others throughout her career.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Campbell, who resides in Columbus, Indiana, and her sister, Carrie Barnes of Seymour, Indiana. Eula is predeceased by her father, Otto Smith, Jr., her mother, Dorothy M. (Cooper) Smith, her son, Robert William Campbell, and her brother, David Smith.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Myers - Reed Chapel, located at 3729 25th Street, Columbus, Indiana, on December 12, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This will be followed by a memorial service beginning at 1:00 pm. Eula will be laid to rest at Garland Brook Cemetery, located at 501 N. Gladstone Ave., Columbus.
