Gertrude Patricia "Pat" Gaskill

Pat was born 7-10-29 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Alfred and Jewel Cornett Nowling Cox. She married Harry Gaskill, Jr. on 7-3-49 in Seymour. He preceded her in death on 1-29-07.

Pat was a well know Tax Accountant owning her own business, Patricia Gaskill Public Accounting for over fifty years. She enjoyed time with her family, playing Bingo and going to the Casinos.

The funeral service for Pat will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St. with Rev Larry Fields officiating. Entombment will follow in Garland Brook Mausoleum. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-8:00 and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Memorial contributions for Pat may be directed to the donor’s choice of local pet rescue group. Pat is survived by her children; Debbie (Joe D.) Brand, Amarillo, TX, Steve (Linda) Gaskill, Melodee (Rick) Hand and Melinda (David) Taylor, all of Columbus; eleven grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; sister Aileen Matlock, KY and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband and a great grandson, Trent Haddix.
