Harry C. Vest Jr.

Mr. Vest was born in Decatur, Illinois on December 22, 1926 the son of the late Harry C. and Helen Long Vest.

He married Phyllis M. Wolfe on October 07, 1950 in Decatur, Illinois and she survives.

Mr. Vest had worked at service stations and he was also a construction worker.

In keeping with Mr. Vest’s wishes, he will be cremated locally at The Columbus Crematory and a memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hathaway-Myers Chapel.

Along with his wife of 60 years, Mr. Vest is also survived by two daughters, Debora Vest (Mike) Tungett and Sheri Lynn Sizemore both of Columbus, Indiana; two grandchildren, Charles Sizemore of Greenwood, Indiana and Nicole (Will) Kinman of Columbus, Indiana; three brothers, Robert (Julie) and Dewey (Judy) Vest both of Florida and Clarence (Ann) Vest of Illinois; and two sisters, Katharine (Art) Coradino of Monee, Illinois and Lois Bonguiro of Pana, Illinois.

Mr. Vest was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William and Harold Vest; and a sister, Dorothy Mislick.
