My late husband, Chuck Hodge of H&H Welders, spoke very highly of Jack. He had purchased and leased airplanes from him. I remember one time when Chuck was stranded out of town, Jack put him on one of his planes to get him back home!!! Much appreciated.

My sympathies for your loss. I literally got my start on a lifetime in aviation back in the 1960's, with a coupon for a $5 flying lesson at Rhoades Aviation in Columbus. I later spent some time working for Jack. I hope the Lord will comfort you in the days to come.

Mrs. Rhoades, Bud and Angela and Darryl,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Jack was an iconic figure in aviation. I so enjoyed my work with the pilots and staff at Rhoades Aviation in the 80's and 90's. Good memories of a good man. You are all in my prayers.

Wilma and family, Jim and I are so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I have many memories of the airport, my oldest son dearly loved visiting mom there, he can still name almost any airplane and I am sure his love of planes started there. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Deb and Jim Jolly
