Born November 12, 1960, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Jack D. and Noel C. (Taylor) Koontz, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, David Koontz.
Lisa dedicated many years of her life managing several Burger King restaurants in the Columbus area, where she was known for her strong work ethic and ability to connect with both employees and customers.
