Every day when I saw Michelle at school she always was smiling and gave me a happy day greeting no matter what. Her happiness and joy was so uplifting to me that I felt better because of her positive attitude and just being around her. Now she is a beautiful angel in heaven watching over all her family and friends. Our prayers will continue for her family as they go through this awful time of loss and sadness. She was so dearly loved by us all.

I met Mrs Jaquess at a parent teacher conference years ago when my son was in her class. When I walked into the classroom that evening I knew right away that she was a teacher that really loved her job and her students. In all the years in the community I have never heard one child that did not love her and enjoy being in her class. She will be greatly missed by all whom love her.. May God Bless her and keep her safe in his arms. She is a special lady.

I haven't seen Michelle in years, but my heart was heavy with sadness when I heard of her passing. She was a wonderful person with a beautiful smile who touched many lives. My heart and prayers go out to all of her family especially her husband, Herr Jaquess (my German teacher in '90-'92), and their 4 beautiful daughters. May God comfort you all in this time of sorrow.

Michelle was a dear friend to me in high school. Always brought a smile to my face but most important she was one that planted seeds of faith in God. In those days I was far from knowing God but she constantly shared her faith to me and to others. My heart felt condolences to the family, you will be in my prayers.

Seeing the way Michelle was with her students is one of the things that inspired me to go back to school to become a teacher myself. She was a beautiful and caring person and will be greatly missed.
