Patricia Ann Greiwe Lowry

Pat was born in Greensburg, December 20, 1939, the daughter of Raymond and Josephine Obermeyer Greiwe. She married her husband John on February 14, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nev.

She had worked at Arvin Industries as a secretary for over 30 years and was a volunteer at Columbus Regional Hospital and Love Chapel. She enjoyed cross-stitching and sewing. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with Fr. Clem Davis officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg.

Calling will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Monday and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She is survived by a daughter, Cindy West of Columbus; a son, Brad (Kim) Croddy, of Columbus; a step-son, John “J.L.” (Treida) Lowry of Paducah, Ky.; five grandchildren; sisters, Betty (Ray) Sample and Janet (Doug) Einhaus, both of Westport and Rosemary Collins of Greensburg; brothers, Tom (Ruth) Greiwe and Mike (Barbara) Greiwe, both of Greensburg and David (Judy) Greiwe of Columbus; and a brother-in-law, Bill Haley of Shelbyville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John H. Lowry on August 7, 2008; a sister, Jane Haley; and a brother, Fred Greiwe.
