Born in Washington, D.C. on June 20, 1941, Mrs. Williams was the daughter of William Henry and Florence Elouise Loveless (McCarty). She married the love of her life Carl T. Williams September 10, 1960.
Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and retired childcare provider who lived in the Columbus area for more than 50 years before she moved to Buda, Texas, in August, 2022. She attended Asbury United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Glen (Laura) Williams of California, James (Teresa) Williams of Texas and Candy (Jim) Clouse of Arizona; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, William "Billy" Loveless, Joseph Allison Loveless, Theodore M. Loveless, and a sister, Florence B. Stebbins; a son, Mark A. Williams; and a grandson, Clifford M. Williams.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Myers-Reed Chapel.
A graveside service will be conducted the next day, Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Garland Brook Cemetery.
