

Mrs. Blair was born in Letcher County, KY. on February 09, 1921 the daughter of the late John D. and Ida Hampton Frazier.
Mrs. Blair married Bailus P. Blair in Santa Maria, CA. on July 15, 1942 and he preceded her in death on February 01, 1999.
Mrs. Blair was a homemaker and she retired from the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation Cafeteria where she was a baker.
She was a member of the Whitecreek United Methodist Church and the Kentucky Club of Columbus, IN.
Mrs. Blair enjoyed her family, cooking, gardening, flowers and watching birds.
The funeral service celebrating the life of Mrs. Blair will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St. with the Rev. Maureen M. Walby officiating.
Calling hours will be from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 and from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday.
Burial will be in the Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Whitecreek United Methodist Church Building Fund or to the American Heart Association.

Mrs. Blair is survived by a daughter, Sherry (Bill) Hashman and a son, Larry D. (Laura) Blair both of Columbus, IN.; five grandchildren, David Blair of Boulder, CO., Elizabeth Blair and Kanen, Kyndal (Sarah) and Kreigh Hashman all of Columbus, IN.; three sisters, Virgie Poland, Emaline (Wallace) Lackey and Glenda (Cornelius) Eggers all of Columbus, IN.; four brothers, Lenville, Kirby (Myrtle) and Verlon (Karen) Frazier all of Columbus, IN. and Carlus (Patty) Frazier of Seymour, IN. and her beloved dog, Pearlie.
Along with her parents and husband, Mrs. Blair was also preceded in death by four brothers, Kinnon, Hargus, Vincent and Creed Frazier and a sister, Vadis Frazier.
