Thomas Lee “Tommy” Jacobs, 68, of Tamarac, Fla., formerly of Columbus, died at 6:05 a.m. Monday, June 20, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice Inpatient facility in Auburndale, Fla.
He is survived by brothers, Dennis Jacobs of Winterhaven, Fla., and Rick (Mary Anne) Jacobs of Morriston, Fla.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betsy Blair, in Aug., 2010.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Garland Brook Cemetery with Father Joseph Sheets officiating. There will be no calling. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
