Alice Hicks

Alice Hicks, 86 of Justin, Texas, formerly of Columbus, died Sunday, October 28, 2012. She was born August 14, 1926 in Garrison, KY to the late Williard and Ora (Green) Horsley. She retired from ABB in 1990 and was a member of Whitehall Nazarene Church. She enjoyed family and friends and will be sadly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband James, daughter Vesta and siblings Mary, Alma, Olive and Norman. Alice is survived by her son Darrell (Connie) Hicks, siblings Harvey (Charlotte) Horsley, Ishmael (Katie) Horsley and Helen Bloomfield, grandchildren Damon (Christie) Hicks, Derek Hicks and Kimberly (Sam) Reynolds, great grandchildren Cole, Kyle, Hudson, Lola and Quincy, several nieces and nephews and extended family. Family will receive friends today from 5-7 PM at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10 AM.
