Andy was a free spirit who found joy in the outdoors and especially enjoyed taking long walks. He loved spending time playing video games with friends and was often considered the life of the party. Known for his warm sense of humor and infectious personality, Andy brought laughter and happiness to those around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survived by his mother, Peggy (James) Ruhl; father, Mike (Terry) Stricklan; brothers, Michael (Elizabeth) Neff, Robert (Amber) Neff, Ian Stricklan (Megan Keller); step-sister, Cristal Kelley; nieces, Isabella Neff and Jordan Neff; nephew, Joshua Neff; grandparents, Barbara Nash, Linda (Tom) Dedrick and Diane Stricklan; uncle Donnie (Christina) Nash and aunt Michelle Harrison; along with many cousins.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Nash, and Dennis Michael Stricklan.
