I was lucky to be in CCR with Anna and in the last couple of years on the same team.   I could always go to her for anything. She had this way of just randomly sending you an IM to let you know she was thinking of you and to wish you a happy day.   And somehow it was always when you needed it the most. She will always be remembered by anyone blessed enough to meet her and always with a smile on her face and a laugh in her voice.  My prayers and deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.

Anna Arnold has been the most wonderful friend ever. I was privileged enough to meet her over 10 years ago when I started working with her. She welcomed me with open arms to the unit and has been like a sister/mother/aunt to me ever since. She always was cheerful and upbeat. If you had a problem, she'd help you find the bright side of it. I will miss her more than words can express.

I worked with Anna for years at Aetna and although I transferred departments 3 1/2 years ago she continued to send me the most wonderful messages out of the blue.  It's like she had a 6th sense about knowing just when you needed her kind words.  She made sure to tell me she was retiring and sent me a beautiful farewell message on her last day.  She was someone that made me want to be a better, kinder person. 

I am so sorry for your tremendous loss.  She will be the sunshine on your face, the butterfly on your flowers and certainly the brightest star in the sky.

Anna was like a ray of sunshine. She brightened up those around her. She is selfless and always thinking of the needs of others. She would send an IM just at the right time with the most encouraging words. Anna said this about her husband, Dave before she retired, “He is a wonderful man and deserves my full attention.” It was a blessing to have known Anna as my colleague and most of all, my friend. My prayers and deepest condolences to Dave and all her family. May they feel the love and presence of the Lord at this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Anna for 8 years. In the past couple of years closer than others and although we had never met in person, it almost seemed as though we had. She seemed to have a way of  knowing you needed a little something extra to brighten your day and that little something extra came when you least expected it. Yes...  the message, it always seemed to appear wishing you a wonderful day at the perfect time. I looked forward to her messages and our conversations. She was not only a mentor at work to many but in life as well; I appreciated her advice, words of wisdom and kindness. Thank you Anna, for reminding me that it only takes 1 minute out of a day to make someone feel great, loved and appreciated. You are the face of beauty inside and out and you will be truly missed. My condolences to all Anna's family and friends and may God watch over you during this difficult time.

Annie was the kindest, sweetest most loving person I ever knew. I enjoyed meeting up with her on the trail with Buckeye alway by her side.

We had a lot to talk about with both of our husbands going through difficult times.  We gave each other the moral support we needed. We cried, we talked  we hugged and then thanked God for his blessings.

I will greatly miss her infectious smile most importantly those loving hugs.

I will walk the trail knowing I won't see her in person, but when I stop on the bridge to look at the turtles, look at the birds in flight and see all the wild flowers this Spring I know Annie will alway be with me in spirit. May you rest in peace dear sweet Annie.

I worked with Anna for the past 6 years and she had may friends from the east coast to the west coast. She was loved by all and wiil be missed by many. She is now our Angel among us! She had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known.

If ever an angel walked this Earth, it was Annie.  We first met when our sons were in 3rd grade (they are now 31) and on the same football team. No matter how long we went without seeing each other it is always a reunion with my long time friend!  I shared her love of nature and a great day was walking the trails with Buckeye.  She had so many plans for retirement; herb garden, frit orchard, canning, painting, quilting. She was not one with idle hands.  She grieved and fretted that she would lose Dave before his liver transplant but to him held her head high with that positive attitude.  And now Annie is the one in heaven watching over the loves of her life.  She was loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing sweet Annie. My heart is broken as I share the news of our beautiful Anna's passing. Her heart was as pure and kind as any I have ever known. I met Anna when my daughter fell in love with her son. When Tyler Arnold and Kimber Arnold married, Anna opened up her heart and welcomed all of us into her family. She became my confidant and we shared much, and sometimes she grounded me. I feel I truly had gained another sister. Vibrant and healthy just 4 days ago, she came down with the flu just a week or 2 after retiring and 2 short weeks after her husband came home to recuperate from an organ transplant. Sadly, she developed complications from the illness and passed less than 2 days later. Anna, I know you were looking forward to spending so much more time with your grandchildren that adored you. Anna Belle Arnold, I promise that I will never let your memory fade from your namesake, Santana Belle Arnold. We will build your gingerbread village next holiday and we will dunk for apples in the fall. We will celebrate your birthday with loving memories. Tanny will invite Papa Dave for tea parties and we will set a place for you. I love you Grandma Anna and will miss you!  Grandma Deb

Ever since I have known Anna, she has been like a beautiful wildflower blowing in the wind. She always impacted the lives around her in a very special way. I will always have great memories of Anna. Whenever she would come to visit Tanny Belle, her namesake, she would leave treats on the pillows of Tanny's sisters at school. She would always sneak those same treats in to my and Deb's pillows as well. At Christmas, she knew how much I loved the cookies she had made, so she took a few out to put on a small plate and yes, she snuck them in with Deb's help and put them on my pillow to find later. Although I have never met you in person you have made my life here at Aetna and away from Aetna a pure joy. I truly feel like I've eaten and been in your presence all of my life. May your soul find the piece in heaven beyond the joy you left here on earth with those who knew you! Some say your legacy is the impression you left on the world, well let me tell you Anna left a beautiful legacy behind. Annie was a great friend she always made me smile.  Every time we got together it was like time had not passed by  between visits.  I loved playing cards watching the Buckeye's and that team up north with her every year at Randy's and Bea's. I will miss her smile. Rest in peace Annie    Sue McKee

Anna was a joy to work with.  Even though I am in North Dakota she could make me feel like I was her friend living across the street.  Anna knew how to brighten up someone's day with just a kind word she would send.  It was a pleasure to hear the joy in her voice when talking about her family.
