Austin G. "Virgil" Meyer

Austin G. “Virgil” Meyer, age 18, passed away unexpectedly in an auto accident on Friday, August 28, 2015. Austin was born on January 24, 1997 in Hamilton, OH to Kevin Meyer and Corinne Huntington Carlin. Austin was better known as Virgil to his family and friends. Virgil was currently working at FedEx in the shipping and receiving department. He loved video games, ICP, and hanging out with friends. Preceded in death by his girlfriend, Skyah Mercedes Marie Vest; grandparents, Pamela Thompson, Deborah Meyer and John Meyer. Survived by his parents, Kevin and Corinne; siblings, Corey Carlin, Kaden, Kaleb and Kaylee Meyer; grandfather, Fredd Thompson; aunts, Tiffany Thompson and April Meyer; many other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio where funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday.
