I will miss my friend dearly.  She was such a kind, generous, loving friend and mother.  To the family, Patrick, Katie and Matthew she adored you and was so very proud of you.  Her eyes would just sparkle everytime she mentioned your names.

My heart goes out to Barb's children I hope the Lord will comfort them through this near impossible time. Barb and I worked together at a daycare, she will be remembered.

Barbie was such a great person from a wonderful family!  My thoughts and prayers go to all who knew her.

I went to college with BJ at Hocking College in Nelsonville.  I stayed with her and Rick when I first got my job in Columbus.  SHe was a dear friend and I loved her dearly.  I lost touch with her over the years but she reamined in my heart.  I pray for her children at this difficult time. She will always be in their hearts and watching over them from heaven. RIP BJ. I will treasure you always.  You are the best.

A candle lit in memory of Barb Doyle.   She was an angel on earth - always giving to others and a very loving mother who always wanted the best for her children.  Her family are in my prayers.

Barbie was one of my best friends in high school. She was caring, understanding, smart, funny and beautiful inside and out. I have so many memories of her and it hurts to think she is gone in such a tragic way. I will never forget our time together during my spring break in 1982, Cocoa Beach Florida. My husband and I (my boyfriend at the time) had a blast visiting with her the summer after graduation, 1981. We talk about it with fond memories..Barbie was a bridesmaid at our wedding in 1984. Sadly, as time went by, we lost track of each other and I regret it terribly. I am very, very sad to think her life was taken this way. But I hope she is reunited with her parents and is being taken great care of by our Lord until we can see her again. I pray her precious children will be comforted in this difficult and painful time of their lives. May God take care of them, comfort and guide them until one day they are reunited with her once again in His presence.    I love you my friend...Laura Markham Fosson

Barbie was always a beautiful, sweet person.  She was just like her parents and her brother and sisters.  She will be missed by all but one day - what a reunion we will have!  Prayers to all her family!

I miss you so much Aunt Barb, your loss is so hard to deal with.  I love you and remember you as you were in life.  I am so thankful that I was able to give you that last big hug on Friday.

I only knew Barb for a couple years through work and developed quickly a friendship. She was a very loving and caring person who loved her children dearly. 

To her children: please know that she is thanking you for your love that you each have shown.;but at this time she must travel alone. So grieve a while for, grieve you must; So bless the memories within your heart. She won't be far away, for life goes on. So, if you need her, call and she will come. I will never forget Aunt Barbie's laugh and smile. She truly could walk into a room and brighten it up with her presence. She is an amazing woman that will forever live on in the hearts of all those who loved her and knew her. We all love her and will always miss her.

Barb was a wonderful person and a terrific Aunt.  She always had a smile on her face and something nice to say, and she was so proud of her kids.  It was a real treat when she came back to Frank Gates to be able to spend more time with her.  The number of people that have so many wonderful things to say about her are a real testament to the affect she had on people and the kind of person she was.  It's such a tragedy her life was taken so abruptly and she will be missed by many.

I had the pleasure to work closely with Barb when she returned to work at Frank Gates. She always had a great attitude even when things weren't going smoothly. Her love for her kids was very evident and she always had a genuine interest in the lives of others. Her smile and wit made even the gloomiest of days better for everyone else. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a great person and will be very much missed.

Barb will always be in my heart. We grew up together as best friends.

Barb was like a sister to me when we were growing up. We became even closer when I lived with her and Rick and was Patrick's Nanny.  Words cannot express how much I loved her or will miss her.  We will never forget all the special qualities that made her our star. You will live on in our hearts forever.

Barb you are loved and greatly missed.  My heart is broken.  Words will never be able to describe what you meant to me. I grieve in hope, that one day we will be united again in heaven because of our blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I didn't know Barb that well but she was always pleasant and friendly.  We take for granted the people we know and respect may not be here the next day.  So we should acknowledge and show a measure of respect to everyone.  My condolences and prayers to her family.

Barb was a bright light in our everyday lives.  She always had a smile on her face.  And, her smile was one of those that lit up her whole face and sparkled in her eyes.  Every time I passed Barb at the office she greeted me and asked how I was doing, how my kids were doing, what new things were we up to…Barb was always genuinely interested in others.  She was truly an example for others to follow; a kind, gentle, caring and giving soul.  We are very sad that she is longer with us.  My prayers are with her loved ones…and I know there are many.  We will greatly miss our beautiful friend Barb.

Barb had such a beautiful soul always smiling such a sweet loving angel on this earth .
 I feel so blessed to have had her in my life she was truly a special friend.My heart and as are many others who loved her are left with a broken heart but God has gained a beautiful angel may she rest in peace.

We are ever changed by this loss. Our connection to Barb is through Matt her son whom we have enjoyed having at our home frequently. We have shared some very fun times with our boys most recently at school events. Barb was happy and smiling the last 2 times our paths had crossed. I am glad she was creating some very nice memories for Matt to have forever. She was very proud of her kids. No words can express how sad we are at this time.

I am so sorry to hear about Barb's passing. She was such a nice lady.I pray for her children and pray for the whole family that God bless you with comfort and peace.

I remember when she would walk us down to the local corner market and buy us penny candy. She was always so fun and knew how to make you laugh. I love you Aunt Barbie. You will be greatly missed.

Barbie was a beautiful lady. I haven't seen her in a while, but I treasured the times we spent together at the reunions, weddings, and other get-togethers. She was a sweet woman. It is very tragic something like this would happen to such a good person.
