Barbara L. Lowe, 60, of Columbus, passed away on September 27, 2016 after a courageous fight with cancer. She was born on June 16, 1956 to the late Dewey Lowe and Betty Woods. Barbara was a 30 year employee of Ohio Fair Plan, and was a long-time member of the award winning Scioto Valley Chorus in Dublin and enjoyed singing with the group all across the country. She was also an avid OSU Buckeye fan. She will be greatly missed by her son, Joseph Lowe; sisters Linda Wilson, Joyce Wilson Fetherolf, and Cathe (Cliff) Forbes; brother Michael (Paula) Woods; and nieces and nephews William E. Fetherolf, Johnathan Dockray, Julie Langarica-Levesque and Ansley Forbes. The family will celebrate Barbara's life by receiving friends from 5-7 pm Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road.
