Barbara worked for Tartles Bar and Grill, and Lisska Bar and Grill.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brothers, William C. and Donald E. Merle.
She is survived by her son, Jeff (Susan) Merle; siblings, Richard D. White, and Carolyn Ann, John L., and Philip E. Merle; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday December 28, 2018 from 12pm-2pm at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230; where a service will begin at 2pm.
