Barbara J. Williams

Barbara J. Williams, age 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Barbara was born on September 9, 1937 in Akron, Ohio to the late Ervin and Helen (Goff) Tucker. Also preceding in death was her brother Bob Smith. Barb graduated with a Master’s Degree in Horticulture from The Ohio State University. She worked for many years as the Designer and first director of The Gardens at Gantz Farm in Grove City. Barb was a member of the American Horticultural Society. As you can imagine, one of her favorite hobbies was her love for gardening. In past years she loved vacationing with her sister. Barbara will be deeply missed by her loving son David (Patty) Williams; daughter Rebecca (Paul) Burrell; sister Carolyn Tully; and brother John (Prudence) Tucker.
