Betty Maxine Jeffers

B. Maxine Jeffers, age 77, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019. She was born in Addison, Ohio to the late Albert and Nellie Dennison. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Norris; son, Greg; extended family; and wonderful friends. Maxine, strong in faith, enjoyed fellowship in several fraternal organizations including Order of Eastern Star (OES), Ladies Oriental Shrine and Daughters of the Nile. In OES she was: Deputy Grand Matron of District #17 in 1986; President of District #17 in 1987; and led Ohio as Worthy Grand Matron in 1994. She was willing to help anyone and participated in numerous fund raising efforts and charitable works. In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by brothers Kenneth and Gerald Dennison, and sister Ramona (Dennison) McCulty. Family will receive friends from 4-7:30 PM with an Order of Eastern Star Service at 7 PM on Monday, March 11, 2019 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, where a funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Interment at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
