Betty I. Meyers age 85, of Galloway, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Mt Carmel Medical Center. Betty was born in South Solon, OH to the late George and Naomi Knecht. She married her late husband Robert D. Meyers on July 23, 1955. Betty took great pride in being a homemaker, and a great mother who was always there for her family. In addition to her parents and husband, Betty is preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Lynn Meyers. She is survived by her son Robert “Bob” Meyers; special niece Brenda Tomer; special nephew Bill Stafford; and many other family members. Friends may call 10-11 AM Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel 3920 Broadway where her funeral will be held at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery.
