Betty Jean Stills

Betty Jean Stills, age 78, of Columbus, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 4, 2016. She was born in Grandview, Ohio on November 17, 1937 to the late John K. and Ameda Vaughn. Betty was a graduate of Hilliard High School and attended Capital University. She retired from the Westland Lazarus after many years of service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, John. K. Vaughn, Jr.; She is survived by her loving husband, John T. "Jay" Stills, Jr.; children, Melissa Stills and James (Tonishia) Stills; grandchildren, Dezmen, Dairius, and Cimone; sisters, Catherine Maroni, Marjorie McDaniel, and Mary (Sterling) Street; sister in-law, Thelma Bailey; and a host of other loving family members and friends. A special thank you to Mr. William Catling and Mr. Wheeler Burley, Jr. for their support and a special thank you to the staff of the Zangmeister Center and Altercare of Hilliard for their loving care. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 1:00PM at Green Lawn Cemetery, Section 126 , 1000 Greenlawn Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223. Pastor Wesley Harper officiating.
