Betty Ellen Stone

Betty Ellen Stone, age 91, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2014. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 13, 1923 to the late John and Mary Spielbauer. Betty retired from Western Electric after many years of dedicated service and was a member of Avondale United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stone. She is survived by her children, Judy (William) Stilwell and John Stone; grandchildren, Kelly (Craig) Kavicky, Cindy (Tom) Stout, Kristina (Tim) Valis, and Charles (Sandy) Stone; and great grandchildren, Garrett, Cameron, Timothy (Marion), Johnathon, William, Cooper, and Grace. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 1:30PM with visitation one hour prior at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Pastor Kevin Chambers officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Palliative Care, 6150 E.
