Beverly Basler

Beverly Basler, age 83 of Grove City passed away suddenly Monday, October 18, 2021. Beverly was born in Columbus to the late Richard and Dorothy Grinstead and graduated from South High School. She was active in the PTA while her children were in school. Beverly worked for the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce for many years helping with the Arts in the Alley parade and festival as well as the Farmer's Market and other chamber events. Beverly also volunteered at Nationwide Children' s Hospital as a member of TWIG 96. Beverly was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Mahjong with friends both in Ohio and Florida. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ronald; sons David (Jennifer) and Glen (Anne) Basler; grandchildren Cole, Corbin and Matthew Basler; sister Carol Anderson; brother Richard Grinstead; sister-in-law Gayle (Don) Culler; niece Linda Culler; and nephew John (Tammy) Culler. Beverly's family will receive friends 1-4 PM Sunday and 9-10 AM Monday at Schoedinger Grove City 3920 Broadway where her funeral service will follow at 10 AM Monday. Interment at Grove City Cemetery.
