Beverly Chaney

Beverly Chaney, 81 of Columbus, passed away on Sunday March 11, 2018. She was born August 18, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio. She is predeceased by her husband Paul Chaney; sons Stanley Chaney and Jerry Chaney; brothers James Foster, Keith Foster and Bill Foster and sisters Charlene Wright and Mary Jane Thornton.

Beverly had a career as an Optician and loved to read, vacation at the beach and was always hosting family and friends for gatherings and meals at her home. Family was most important to Beverly throughout her life.

Beverly will be dearly missed by those family members who survive her, including her daughter Judy Chaney; sisters Maxine Crawford and Vivian Miller; sisters-in-laws Marilyn Matthews, Virginia Meige and Linda Foster; granddaughter Nikki (Richard) Dunn; grandsons Kurtis (Nichole) Chaney, Michael (Rocio) McVicker, Mark (Liza) McVicker, Sonne (Nicole) Chaney and Luke Chaney. She will also be dearly missed by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, 43085 where a visitation will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm followed immediately by a memorial service at 3:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The Parkinson's Association, 2800 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite #265, Columbus, Ohio, 43231. ()
