Billie was a classmate sorry for your loss.. Prayers

I always looked forward to seeing Billie Sue at the Jefferson Alumni, where we would share memories of my brother Danny Keiber and wife Jo y Lee. I will miss her.

Billie Sue and I are cousins.  Although we had never met until the summer of 1960, the year we would be Seniors in High School.  I was visiting my Grand Ma and Grand Dad Lykins in Adams County for a week and she was staying with Grand Ma Stamper.  We had fun just hanging out together. But soon our vacation was over and we had to go off to our different schools.     We had not made any plans for the future, so imagine our surprise when we re-connected at Ohio Bell Telephone Co. in Dayton Ohio.    We both had just been hired as telephone operators,   She was living across town with an Aunt, and at that time our city bus drivers were on strike.  I invited her to stay with me as I lived within walking distance.  We shared my twin bed--yes a twin bed for about two weeks.  The bus strike was over but we wanted to continue living together.  We found a furnished apartment  with a kitchen and a second room that was considered bedroom/living room.  A little wooden settle was to be our couch but we had a FULL size bed.  We had 1/2 bathroom, but the shower was down the hall that we shared with other tenets.  But the best part being we could walk one block to Ohio Bell.   Oh, I must tell you----after sleeping a couple of nights on our full size bed we had to complain to our land lady that the mattress was worn out and way too soft as we both rolled to the middle.  So,  the land lady  "fixed it" by putting a second mattress on top of it!  We had our first Christmas together there.  We had a small 12 inch white tree but no  Christmas decorations.  So we used our jewelry and sugar coated gum drops for it.  It was perfect and beautiful.  We lived there for a year and had the best time ever!!  Our next apartment had two twin beds and our very own shower with a glass door.  We felt on top of the world!!  We eventually bought our own furniture  for another apartment, but we still shared a full size bed!!   
  In 1963 I became engaged, and Billie Sue received a better job offer in Columbus.  We had three wonderful-- great---fun years together, being free and growing into adulthood.  Geography has kept us apart physically, but we have remained together always in our hearts.  We were Cousins  We were Friends  We became Sisters 

  She became a Wife  She became a Mother   She became a Grandmother   She became a Great Grandmother     She became a Friend  She became a Teacher   She became God's Angel    
We can not ask for more

I send my love and prayers to her family.  I know you will miss her terribly

So sorry for the families loss. Billie was an amazing friend , mother and grandmother. I loved hearing her gorgeous laugh and seeing her big smile. Sending prayers and hugs.

My favorite memories of Billie Sue is when we were growing up in Adams county  together her Father, Bob and Mother Jimmie would visit my grandparents where I lived . It was always a special time because I  adored her parents and  Billie Sue.   When  I talked and spent time with Bill Sue she made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. No one every loved their family  or friends more than Billie Sue.  She’s will be sorely missed  by her family and host of friends but  never forgotten. One of my friends told me a couple days ago that Billie  Sue was Her hero and  the prettiest and most loving  girl in school.  She will live on in my memory for as long as I live.  We can take comfort knowing that she is  In heaven with God and others who have gone on before her. I plan to join her and others  when God calls me.

Billie was a blessing to everyone she met, big or small.  I remember her always being in the nursery with all the little angels.  Praying for the family because Billie is dancing in heaven with loved one that are on the other side. Love you guys.

Lit a candle in memory of Billie Sue Frasher

I first met Billie Sue when I was visiting Joy Lee and my sister Linda in their apartment in Franklin Park probably in 1960 or 61. After that she then attended Jefferson High School in Blue Creek where I went and we were all part of a group of family and friends who spent time together. She was always a lot of fun and a great friend back in the day. Will look forward to spending time with her again in the future in Heaven.
