Bobby E. Mullins, age 75, passed away Monday, September 14, 2009 at home. Bobby was a US Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents, Dotson and Ruth Mullins; and granddaughter, Cori Mullins. He is survived by his dear friend, Jodi Turner; children, Bobbie Roark, Glenn (Mary) Mullins, Samantha (Joe) Black, Anthony (Melissa), Dondie (Martha), and Phillip (Paula) Mullins, and Sheila (Frank) Stance; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Jack (Bea) Mullins. Bobby wanted to be cremated. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Mt. Carmel Hospice c/o Mt. Carmel Foundation, 793 W.
