Bonnie Mae Howard Pifer

She went home to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on August 27, 2021 at the age of 92 while living at Ganzhorn Memory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio.

She was a faithful member of Grace Polaris Church, Westerville, Ohio. She loved to sing hymns and study scripture.

She is survived by her children Cinda (David) Marsh, Larry (Carol) Howard and Matthew (Suzanne) Howard; her 17 grandchildren; her 17 Great-Grandchildren and her 5 Great-Great grandchildren; sisters, Norma (David) Rice and Kay (Joe) Elam and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 21 years, Lester Pifer and her husband of 48 years, John Howard Jr., son, John Thomas (Tommy) Howard; daughters, Tamara Bohrer Stotts and Susan Grossman; sisters, Mary Jo Laymand, Eloise Jackson and Elizabeth Davis; brother, Andrew Grimmett; father Thomas Brown and mother, Italy Brown Grimmett.

There will be a visitation at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00am - 11:30am. A funeral service will begin at 11:30am with burial to follow at Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association. ()
