Bonnie Sue (Bowling) Ponthier, age 63, of Columbus, Ohio passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. She was born June 28, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio. She was a 1970 graduate of Franklin Heights High School and retired from Columbus City Schools as a bus driver with over 30 years of service. Bonnie Sue was preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Ponthier and father, Richard Bowling. She is survived by her daughters, Mindy (Robert) Fusner and Rebecca (Tyler Smith) Ponthier; grandchildren, Robbie, Ryan, Morgan and Mason; mother, Bernadine (Propst) Bowling; brothers, Rick Bowling and Steve (Debbie) Bowling; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
