Bonnie Ward Stropki

Bonnie W. Stropki, age 83 of Gahanna, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Bonnie was born in Auxier, Kentucky, daughter of the late, Auxier and Flora Belle Ward. Also preceded in death by her sisters, Ginny Miller, Mary Walters, and Joyce Follett. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 62 years, George Stropki; children, Katherine Westrick, Theresa (Scott) Wheatley, Gary Stropki, and Jane (Pete) Bluvol; grandchildren, Cody, Corrie, Sarah, Anna, Tyler Anne, and Carter; great grandchildren, Jacob, Robert, Rylee, Haylee, and Avree; siblings, Martha Barnett, and Herb, Doug, and Jim Ward; dear and caring friend, Emma O'Daniel; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Monday, June 23, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., where family will receive friends from 3-6 P.M. Sunday. Interment Mifflin Township Cemetery. Bonnie's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to National Church Residences-Hospice for the excellent care she received.
