

Brenda Kay Hundley, age 44 of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Brenda was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of Uriel and Betty Hundley. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Icy Metheney, sister, Susan Collier, and niece Kristen Collier. Growing up Brenda was a free-spirit who was very outgoing, outspoken, and determined. She was always the life of the party, telling jokes and making people laugh, and she enjoyed the time spent with her many friends. At a young age, Brenda fell ill and it became a very difficult time in her life for her. Throughout it all, she always enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her children and friends. She enjoyed showing off her many tattoos, especially her little devil that sits on her upper arm as well as her “block O” seen on her neck. Brenda liked music of all kinds, mystery books, the smell of gardenias, and most all, Jim Beam Whiskey. She will be missed by her loving children, Joey Hundley, Josh and Jesse McLaughlin, and Janessa and Jodi Nuniviller; grandson, Jakobi McLaughlin; parents, Uriel and Betty Hundley; sister, Debbie DeLong; faithful companion, Onxy; and many other nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Green Lawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Monday at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E.
