Carl Donald Cooper, "Cooper", age 89, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on May 11, 2017. He was born in Logan, West Virginia on April 1, 1928 to the late Harold Gus and Callie Mae Cooper. He is survived by his children, Harold (Diane) Cooper, Dreama (John) Ferral, Charlene (Tom) Hackney, and Diane (Rick) Nigh; sisters, Mildred Browning, Della Mae Browning, and Gail Conn; brothers, Gus Cooper, Jr., John Cooper, and Glen Cooper; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hope and Heart Funeral Home by Schoedinger.
