Carl Patrick Riser, age 93, of Pataskala, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 17, 1926 to the late William and Martha Riser. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army and retired from General Motors after many years of dedicated service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian; and son, Mike Riser. Carl is survived by his daughters, Carla Riser, and Sue Hilz; son, James Riser; one sister; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 East Livingston Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43232 followed by committal service and military honors at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
