Carmen L. Luce, age 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Kobacker House. Carmen was born on February 15, 1949 in Zanesville, Ohio to William and Wanda Ansel. She graduated from West High School and worked many years in food service. Carmen enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows along with rooting on The Ohio State Buckeyes football, Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Wanda Ansel; and sister, Rita Long. Survived by her sister, Cheryl Ansel; and brother, Richard (Verna) Ansel; nieces, Kimberly Long and Cindy (Randy) Thompson; nephews, Timothy (Marsha) Long and Kemper (Susan) Ansel; many great-nieces and great-nephews. It has been requested that all services be private at this time.
