Carol Lea McNemar, age 72, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 30, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born July 2, 1942 in West Virginia to the late Earl and Nancy McNemar. Carol attended SAFE/Goodwill at Crossroads and was a long-time ViaQuest resident. She had an appetite for the fun things in life! Carol will be remembered for her playful nature and her love of babies and dogs. Surviving are many caregivers whose lives were touched by Carol, as well as her longtime roommate and friend Mary. Friends will gather Monday, September 8, 2014 from 9-10am at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232 where services will be held at 10am. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Ave., Columbus, OH 43219.
