I was so sorry to hear about Carolyn's passing. I have very fond memories of her when Emily had her Rheumatology Clinic appointments at Children's Hospital (before it was "Nationwide") as well as our mutual connection when my father was one of the ministers at BUMC. My heartfelt sympathies to your family in you time of grief.

So sorry to read of Carolyn’s passing! She and I met when my Emily and her Emily were preschool classmates at BUMP. They had several playdates while Carolyn and I enjoyed talking. Being in different school districts, we didn’t maintain a friendship, but did see each other occasionally at Panera on Sunday mornings where we caught up on the kids’ lives. I also saw Ed occasionally when I volunteered at Reynoldsburg High School.

We were so very sorry to read that Carolyn has died.  I well remember the years we ran into each other at sporting events, usually running around to follow the action. Fast forward, and there we are running around again, only this time after grandchildren at the Bexley pool.  To all of you, our deepest sympathies, the Fenimore family.

Carolyn was truly a lovely person; intelligent, witty, kind, thoughtful, generous, selfless, always willing to lend a hand, and always quick to share her radiant smile!  The Liefeld family was blessed to be next door neighbors of Carolyn, Ed and the Beach kids for 11 years as our young families grew, and our friendship has continued ever since.  I have always been in awe of Carolyn’s culinary skills … her cookies were legendary and we were always grateful recipients of treats passed over the fence.  In more recent years, the strength, perseverance, faith, hopefulness and cheerfulness Carolyn and Ed have displayed through their difficult days have been inspiring.  Carolyn’s light shone brightly and she will be greatly missed!   Love to all the Beachs from the Liefelds.

Carolyn was on of our favorite patrons here at the Bexley Public Library.  We will all miss her and will be thinking of her family.  Megan Smith

Oh my this is perfectly Carolyn, She is an endlessly loving and giving spirit. We just received their Christmas card and I should have called but of course I didn't. I commit to taking her words as a call to action. Loving, Living and Caring in the way she did. She was a rock for me in my terminal illness and only occasionally shared her journey. She of course did this to help me make it through mine. Oh, how I will miss her! This pales in comparison to the impact of your loss and may knowing how deeply she touched my life and gave me this direction while living; bring you peace. The deepest heartfelt sympathies from Rachelle, Doug and the rest of the Jackson family.
