Carolyn Ann Forrester(Clark), born May 18, 1926, died peacefully at her home in Columbus, OH on February 9, 2022. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Toboz, her parents, and her husband, James.
Carolyn loved children and retired after many years as a kindergarten teacher at Belden School in Canton, Ohio. She was a talented crafter who enjoyed giving hand-made dolls and toys to generations of students, as well as to neighborhood children and to her grandchildren. She looked forward to Halloween and seeing the children in their costumes on Trick or Treat night.
Carolyn is survived by her daughters Jennifer (Roger) Dzwonczyk, Laurie Forrester, and Amy Forrester (Kevin) Spahr, her niece Noel (Michael) Henderson, her grandchildren Andrew, Mary, Amanda, Sara, Amy, and great grandchildren Jack, Mia, Nova and Jahia.
We will remember her generosity and wicked sense of humor.
At her request, there will be no formal funeral services.
