Cecil O. "Junior" Welch, age 58, died Tuesday October 27, 2015 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents; Cecil Welch Sr. and Dorothy Sprague, brothers; Ralph, Randy and Keith Welch. Junior is survived by his sisters; Pam (Henry) Ellison, Tabitha (Jeff) Clark, Marlena (Phillip) Morgan, brother; Donald (Jorge Miranda) Fitzpatrick, nieces and nephews; Justin, Jason, Nick, Tiffany, Eric, Hannah, Jessica, many great nieces and nephews, and Fred Jones, his caretaker, but also a part of the family. Junior loved his pets and the Ohio State Buckeye's. Visitation will be held on Monday November 2, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway where funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 3, 2015 at 10 am with Pastor Don Thompson officiating.
