Charles Edwin Brickey

Charles Edwin Brickey, age 73, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father; Landon Wesley Brickey and mother; Bonnie Butler Brickey Kitts, brother; Landon Wesley Brickey. He is survived by his daughters; Tricia (David) Hamon, Annette Brickey, Pamela Brickey, grandchildren; Jacob and Brianna Hamon, Donavan and Dorian Snyder, sister; Stella (David) Puckett, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Charles retired from the Army after many years of service to Our Country. He was an instructor and mechanic for the M1 Tank. He served in Germany and many locations here in the United States. After retiring from the Army he worked for a few years at the Obetz Auto Auction picking up and delivering vehicles. Charles was an avid history buff and enjoyed the time he spent in Germany going to battle sights and taking in the atmosphere of the area. He also enjoyed muzzle loader guns, reading, old tv and radio shows as well as old country songs. He was passionate about model trains and planes. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
