Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Anna L. Hines and Frankie Hines (daughter-in-law).
Charles is survived by his sons, Charles, Sr. (Julia) Hines, David Hines, Tyrone Hines, and Michael Hines; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday October 12, 2018 at 12pm at the Holy Ghost Revival Center, 457 Gilbert St, Columbus, OH 43205; where family will receive friends prior from 10am-12pm. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. Pastor Michael Perrin to officiate. Arrangements were entrusted to the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel.
