Clifton Bailey

He is survived by his Wife, Nancy Catherine Heath; Son, Mark (Patti) Bailey; Daughters, Karen Shilling, Beth (Ron) Bryant, Amy Szypula and Julie Bailey; Grandchildren, Becky, Jackie, Chris, Paul, Emily, Catie, Rachel, Heather and Alex; he is also survived by 13 Great-Granchildren.

Clifton was born on the Acoma Indian Reservation in New Mexico. He served in the United States Army in the 11th Airborne Division and was stationed in Japan. Following his service to our Country he worked as a National Sales Manager for a major fragrance company. He then founded his own National Sales Company, Clif Bailey Sales.

Throughout his life he enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid golfer and fisherman, especially fishing on Lake Erie on his boat. Throughout his married life of 68 years to Nancy he also loved to travel. Some of their most memorable trips were to Alaska, New Zealand and Australia.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date at Willow Brook Christian Village. The family wishes to thank the loving staff of Willow Brook for their love and compassionate care as well as ProMedica Hospice of Marion.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to ProMedica Hospice of Marion.
